and 400 is not uncommon.
Tonight they cleaned the
grounds at the
Mt. Timp Temple.
There are dances, lunches,
dinners, firesides, etc...
We'll watch our movie next Wed
to finish out June.

Nearly two decades after the first publication of “Preach My Gospel: A Guide to Missionary Service,” [2004] the First Presidency and Quorum of the Twelve Apostles of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have issued a second edition. This book is a guide for sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ. (See the First Presidency letter.*)President Russell M. Nelson announced the second edition at the Church’s seminar for new mission leaders on June 22, 2023. “This new edition comes at a time when the world is rapidly changing,” he said. “[It] reflects a sensitivity to many of those changes. It contains some of the best instruction I have ever seen to help people accept the Lord’s invitation to come unto Him.”

We are pleased to announce the release of the second edition of Preach
My Gospel: A Guide to Sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, available now on Gospel
Library.
Almost 20 years ago, Preach My Gospel: A Guide to Missionary Service was
introduced to help full-time missionaries and members engage more
meaningfully in gathering Israel by proclaiming the restored gospel of Jesus
Christ.
Since then, technology has significantly advanced, and the needs and
circumstances of many in the world have changed. The second edition of
Preach My Gospel will help address those changes.
Preach My Gospel helps missionaries and those they teach to center their
lives on Jesus Christ and the covenants of His gospel. This edition is available
to all and contains inspired words and teachings of prophets and apostles

was born. He was 55 and she 52
when Janie, their 12th grandchild was born.
They ended up with 27 total grandchildren.

Janie turned 1 when we
were in Idaho visiting family
after his Internship and
before Walt's 2-year military
duty in the U.S. Public
Health Service, stationed
at the Indian Hospital
in Talihina, Oklahoma.
Janie ... Poor thing...
had to go to Hawaii
at age 1 1/2
...to rendezvous with
her dad who had been
the physician on a
Coast Guard Cutter
for four months...

San Leandro, California for
Walt's brother's wedding ---

mine in Gooding.
