THIS WEEK - AUGUST 2-8, 2021

Last month of summer camps and

vacation from school.

                MONDAY, AUGUST 2, 2021                                  Family is Everything...                                                           Today Sunrise: 6:25 a.m. 8:42 Sunset -- This is the week of the 

WEPR = Walt and Eileen Petersen Family Reunion. 

David and Julie are in charge this year. We are so

thankful to them for all the planning and preparation

they have done.

Here's the schedule they sent the last Sunday of July:

WEPR SCHEDULE – AUGUST 6-7, 2021

 Hi WEPR Attendees!!    Sunday, July 25, 2021

 We are so excited to get together! We put together a tentative schedule last week, then we found out that William has his 2-day Championship Finals swim meet on exactly the days of the WEPR! :-(   So we have been trying to work through that. Here is the new updated schedule, still subject to change and refinement

Friday 8/6/21

Breakfast - On Your Own

9:00 - Hogle Zoo (Optional, up to you) $20 per adult ($16 for age 3-12)

Lunch - On Your Own (at the Zoo, fast food, etc.)

1:00 Gather at Draper Cinemark for Private movie viewing on us: Jungle Cruise! Movie starts at 1:30 sharp. We will cover the cost of the theater, Snacks etc. on your own.                                                                                                

4:00 Reconvene at our Stake Center: Pickle Ball!  

6:00 DINNER: PIZZA (SIDES ETC. TO BE ASSIGNED)

SATURDAY 8/7/21

BREAKFAST - ON YOUR OWN

10:00 - AQUARIUM $22 ADULTS; $19 AGE 13-19;   $17 AGE 3-12

LUNCH - ON YOUR OWN (AT THE AQUARIUM, FAST FOOD, ETC.)

2:00 GATHER AT OUR BOULTER CHAPEL - ACTIVITIES AT THE CHURCH IN DRAPER

6:00 DINNER: CHIK-FIL-A (NUGGETS/CHICKEN STRIPS - SIDES TO BE ASSIGNED)

EVENING - CHAT AND HANG OUT / DANCE PARTY?

AS YOU CAN SEE, INSTEAD OF ASSIGNING FAMILIES A SPECIFIC MEAL, WE JUST FIGURED EVERYONE COULD DO BREAKFAST AND LUNCH FOR THEIR OWN FAMILIES, AS ACTIVITIES AT THOSE TIMES ARE ON-THE-GO THINGS. THEN WE WILL ARRANGE FOR A MAIN COURSE BOTH NIGHTS, AND ASSIGN SIDES TO BRING. IT WILL BE ABOUT $20 PER PERSON FOR THE MAIN COURSES ($10 PER MEAL PER PERSON - PROBABLY EASIEST TO JUST VENMO US). 

 THIS IS STILL SUBJECT TO CHANGE, BUT WE WANTED TO GIVE A GENERAL IDEA OF THE PLAN. THE MAIN POINT IS TO BE TOGETHER!
