Today we went to the CSI "Over 60 and Fit" walking class. Then we had our last Institute for this Spring Semester.
The lesson was on "The Quorum of the Twelve Apostles." I won a mini-Snickers for being able to name the full name of the current Apostles in their order of Seniority from memory.

Today we did our two-hour family history session with Kathleen Hedberg, our ward family history consultant. Walt found another family in his Grandmother Nellie Katie Olson's line.
Saturday - April 15, 2017
This morning was our Burley Third Ward Easter Breakfast...
Thank you to Alice Hansen and the Relief Society Presidency for the beautiful table decorations.
Before the breakfast was finished, most all the tables were filled.
A lot of food was donated for the Helping Hands Mission.
Thanks, Ward members.
The Elders served a delicious breakfast.
Young and old came to enjoy this food.
It's hard to believe that Sister Ruth Melling will turn 80 in May.
I think it's May 13th.
Here's some of the delicious food that was served...
Pancakes, ham, link sausage, hash browns, and most got scrambled eggs.

Sunday - April 16, 2017 - Happy Easter He is risen as he said...
Today Brother Mark Fillmore and Sister Leann Fillmore gave a wonderful mission report of their Guatemala Mission. I will add more details tomorrow.
At the end of this Easter Sabbath Day, we share our testimony that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has been restored to the earth.
Heavenly Father lives and loves each one of us. He knows each one of us by name.
Jesus Christ is His Only Begotten Son and came to the earth to become our Redeemer and Savior. Because of His Atonement everyone who has lived on the earth will be resurrected. The Savior also knows each one of us by name and loves us.
We strive to show our gratitude and love for Them by keeping His commandments and honoring our covenants.
Joseph Smith is the Prophet of the Restoration.
The Bible is the word of God as far as it is translated correctly. It testifies of Jesus Christ.
The Book of Mormon is true and is Another Testament of Jesus Christ.
Christ is risen as He said, and we, too, will rise.
Of these truths we testify in the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
