She ordered a Covid test--which came back Negative-- for me because myoxygen saturation test was below normal (88% but then when tested on a different finger itdid barely get into the normal range at 91% )and my breathing was labored. Plus I havehad a cough since Friday night.
My temp was slightly elevated at 99.5F butnot in "fever" range. My blood pressure was good at 128/81.
She ordered the Covid test for me at theirUofU Medical Branch in Sugarhouse. It turned out to be just a seft-drive-thru saliva test in the parking garage, with results taking 48-96 hours.(As of Wednesday night still don't have results.) I've had both vaccines--Moderna, and both boosters--Pfizer.

Family is Forever…Institute at 10:00 Camie WilliamsI didn't go because I was coughing. The lesson was on The Savior's GraceGRACE –
JUSTIFICATION - SANCTIFICATION
“And we
know that justification through the grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ
is just and true;
“And we know also, that sanctification through the
grace of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ is just and true, to all those who
love and serve God with all their mights, minds, and strength”
(D&C 20:30–31).
“This personal persistence in the path of
obedience is something different than achieving perfection in mortality. Perfection
is not, as some suppose, a prerequisite for justification and sanctification.
It is just the opposite: justification (being pardoned) and sanctification
(being purified) are the prerequisites for perfection. We only become perfect
“in Christ” (see Moroni 10:32), not independently of Him.
Thus, what is required of us in order to obtain mercy in the day of judgment is
simple diligence.” --D. Todd Christofferson

Change of plans...
Since John, Julie, Jackson,
Riggy, and I are sick--
Cold and flu symptoms of
coughing, sore throat, aches

We had Thanksgiving Dinner

We had laughter, love, and joy together.
After enjoying the delicious food,
each one shared what we are thankful
for. So many things...family, friends,
Heavenly Father, His Son's Atonement,
goodly parents, a safe home, help from
family, general long-term health...the
blessings are endless...
...computers, dance, band, school, cars,
holidays, traditions, cousins, our family
members who are in heaven...
Maddie and Jacee started a puzzle.,,
and John joined in.
Riggy built a Lego city...
Jackson and Riggy helped
assemble the deer...
Gary came over from Steve & Natalie's...
to get the pumpkin pie from Costco that
I had gotten for their dinner...
Gary brought me some apple pie from
Natalie...
Yes, it has been a wonderful
Thanksgiving day...
I am thankful to live in such a
beautiful world at
such a time as this!
l'm thankful to know where
Walt is and that he
is preparing a dwelling
place for us to be together again

The First Presidency of The Church of Jesus
Christ of Latter-day Saints — President Russell
M. Nelson, President Dallin H. Oaks, and
President Henry B. Eyring — released the
following Christmas message on Friday,
November 25:
"This Christmas season, we invite you to find
quiet moments to reflect on our Savior’s birth,
life and atoning sacrifice. Come unto Him.
Learn of Him. Look to Him for lasting peace
and divine rest. In a world that often feels
overwhelming and contentious,
He offers peace that “passeth all understanding”
(Philippians 4:7). He has promised:
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy
laden, and I will give you rest.
“Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; …
and ye shall find rest unto your souls”
(Matthew 11:28–29).
We testify that as you seek our Savior’s love,
peace and rest, you will find it. You will be
blessed to feel the true spirit of Christmas, the
eternal joy that comes only from Him."
The First Presidency will host its
annual Christmas devotional broadcast on
Sunday, December 4, 2022, at 6 p.m. Mountain

My day today...
Julie carried in a Christmas Tree
that was just delivered
from all of our kids
for my birthday present...
{My birthday is Dec 15}
She said the one John & she bought
for Walt and me at a Black Friday deal
back in Nov 2017 has so much dust blown
in on it in the little shed out back that
it is totally unsalvagable for anyone!
Rendezvousing with Gary, Steve, Natalie,
Cortney, Carter, and Madasta at the local
Fat Cats Theater for the movie
"Devotion"
...about the forgotten men
from the forgotten war...
true story from
the Korean War...
Gary looked up facts...
very accurate.
It had such a surprising
ending for all of us.
We were in shock!
Then Natalie made
"turkey roll-ups" from
the left-over turkey--like her Mom does--to have with
the other warmed up left-overs for
a most yummy...
...day-after-Thanksgiving supper.
Cortney had run an errandand got back in time to eat.
Thanks, Gary, for driving me
to and from the activities
for this...
delightful day-after
Thanksgiving day...
Gary then went to an
Older Single Adult Dance
in Holiday...of which he
posted this on our family text:
"I ended up being the TA forthe dance lesson tonight.
We did the waltz. Now I've
already had two people ask
me to teach them the
steps after the lesson ended."
Eileen's comment:
These older singles are
a groovin' group!

Turkey 'n mayo on a roll.
Yummm!
Julie discovered that my current Christmas tree in the shed out back--even thoit was covered in plastic, is so dusty from all the dust storms during the year that it's unsalvageable for anyone. So you kids are giving me a new Christmas tree for my Dec 15th birthday.Thank you, Janie & Shawn, Gary, Steve & Natalie, David & Julie, Julie & John, Brian & Jennifer, Jennifer & Jerry.
I love, love, love it!!!
Julie spent the day making the song come true:♪♪♫ It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas ♪♪♫

found some beautiful lavender

tree to go with some of my old
lavender and blue ones.

This is rightly
