     Ladies' Lunch was at La Fontaine

Jeanie, and Jennie 

came later.

left a little earlier 

than the rest of us.

We always miss those 

who can't come.

Wedding Reception for

Brendon and Hailey 

daughter of my niece,

Vickie Hacking.

Granddaughter of my

sister, Janice Robertson.

 Janice's four children were there:

Scott and Melissa from

Austin, Texas.

Vickie and Carl, of course.

Sarah, and

Mike and Candace.

We sat by Sarah and

her son, Tyler.

Sarah has taught all

three of her children

in 5th grade: Emily,

Ashley, and now Tyler.

Gary, thanks for driving me there.

We didn't do movie night.

But I did watch one on our

"April list" that we now

won't have time for.

"Enchanted April"

which first came out

in 1935 with

Ann Harding. 

It wasn't available to stream.

But the 1991 version was.

I watched it after the reception.

It was a fun movie, also with 

the famous English actress,

Joan Plowright.

Steve and Gary drove me

to Maddox in Brigham City

for lunch.

Hot homemade rolls and

corn pones with raspberry

butter are served as soon

as we sit down.

Gary got fried chicken.

Steve got rib steak after

he found out the Prime Rib

isn't ready until 5pm.

Thanks, Gary and Steve.

It was a great 5 hours together!

Great day at church.

** *I am so thankful for The Plan of Salvation and the Atonement of  Jesus Christ that makes this Great Plan operational.

At the end of this April 24th,

I pray you have had a

restful , peaceful, and spiritual

Sabbath Day...

I share these truths as my testimony to you...

Heavenly Father lives and knows us each by name. He loves us and wants us to return to Him and Heavenly Mother when we leave this mortal existence.  He loves us just as we are at this very moment.

Jesus Christ came to earth as The Only Begotten of the Father and fulfilled the Atonement. He is the Redeemer of all.

Joseph Smith was foreordained to be the Prophet of the Restoration.  He is the Restorer of all things.

President Russell M. Nelson is the Living Prophet today for all the world.

The Bible is "the Word of God as far as it is translated correctly" and is a Testament of the Divinity of Jesus Christ.

The Book of Mormon is the Word of God and is Another Testament of Jesus Christ. It is the most correct book of any book on earth.

The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the True Church on the earth today.
