102nd Birthday Remembrance...
Here are Verna's Father and Mother....

They were both born in 1891.

She was just barely 5' and he was 6'3" or taller.
Here they are in the 1960s at age 70-something:

My sister, Janice, took great care of
Mom when we were out of the country
for our first three missions -
for 6 1/2 years.
During our fourth mission,
Julie volunteered to
have Grama A live with
her and John and their
family. They took such
great care of her
from June 2011 to
July 2013 while we were
in San Salvador El Salvador
serving in the temple there.

Family is Everything…
Maddie worked on this puzzle
for several days...but not
very long each day. She's
fast at putting puzzles together!
Today is sunny again but cold...
36 degrees at 3:00 in the afternoon.
I'm working on my talk for Church tomorrow. I've been assigned to talk on Elder Ronald A. Rasband's General
Conference talk from Oct. 2021
"The Things of My Soul."
It is a marvelous talk!
I hope I can do it justice.
