*** *** *** *** *** *** ***Tonight Rigdon joined Gary and me for
our Wednesday night movie.
Riggy told his Dad that the only good part was when it showed the
children at school in France. He mostly worked on his computer program building houses, adding trees, birds, etc.
We watched "Daddy Long Legs" from 1955.
It was one of my favorite movies, and now it's a
play at the Hale Centre Theatre in Sandy.
We haven't really picked a theme
for May.

Congratulations to Daniel Fisher, M.D.
Graduated from the Unified Services School of Medicine
in Bethesda, Maryland today.
Dr. Fisher!
We were so happy to be able to be with
Daniel and Kelly for his med school graduation. We were able to tour the
beautiful campus of the Uniformed Services University in Bethesda MD, and then
watch the ceremony remotely, gathered with the families of their closest
friends. It’s been a grueling 4 years, but they’ve had many wonderful
experiences also. They will be heading to Dayton Ohio to begin his Psychiatry
residency at the Wright-Patterson base.
Kelly has not only stood by Daniel's side in cheering him on in this big endeavor, she has been excellent in her endevors also.

Family is Everything…
Thomas Ross spoke in Church today about the Savior, quoting great scriptures about: "...press forward on the words of Christ...be of good cheer, I have overcome the world
...obtained a hope in Christ."
Nadine Fletcher played a beautiful arrangement of "I Know That My Redeemer Lives" on her violin, accompanied by her husband, Dean.
Then Craig Allen shared some of his favorite scriptures. He said they are favorites because of how the Holy Ghost made him feel when he read them. "...great shall be the peace of my children."
Brother Allen's favorite scripture is when Peter jumped out of the boat and started walking toward Christ but then began to sink, Christ immediately took his hand and saved him, saying "O, ye, of little faith," but not to degrade him, instead
to encourage him, because he knew Peter, and what Peter was capable of. Peter became a great Prophet, the leader of the Church, and came back to restore the Melchizedek Priesthood for these latter days.
At the end of this May 16th,
I pray you have had a
restful , peaceful, and spiritual
Sabbath Day...
I share these truths as my testimony to you...
Heavenly Father lives and knows us each by name. He loves us and wants us to return to Him and Heavenly Mother when we leave this mortal existence. He loves us just as we are at this very moment.

Daily Scripture: And if Christ had not risen from the dead, or have broken the bands of death that the grave should have no victory, and that death should have no sting, there could have been no resurrection. - Mosiah 16:7 |
Daily Quote: There can be no sacrifice greater than the atoning sacrifice of the Savior Jesus Christ. His Atonement, though incomprehensible and without equal, was this world’s crowning event. Gratefully, because of His supreme offer of charity, there is no sting of death, and the grave has no victory. - Robert K. Dellenbach |
Jesus Christ came to earth as The Only Begotten of the Father and fulfilled the Atonement. He is the Redeemer of all.

Joseph Smith was foreordained to be the Prophet of the Restoration. He is the Restorer of all things.
President Russell M. Nelson is the Living Prophet today for all the world.
*** *** ***
The Bible is "the Word of God as far as it is translated correctly" and is a Testament of the Divinity of Jesus Christ.
*** *** ***
The Book of Mormon is the Word of God and is Another Testament of Jesus Christ. It is the most correct book of any book on earth.
*** *** ***
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the True Church on the earth today.
*** *** ***
Of these truths I testify in the Name of Jesus Christ, amen.
