Today we drove to Twin Falls for Walt to get his hearing test at Costco.  When Sonja was ready to give him the test, after doing all of the paper work, she discovered there was too much wax in his ears.  He has to go back after the wax is taken out.

We did get some a fresh pineapple for just $2.99, which is a real bargain.  We also got some fresh pears.''

We took the old Highway 30 bak home to Burley because there is so much construction on the Interstate.

We had a nice nap.  Mo--their fluffy grey cat, also had a nap.

We got lost trying to find the River Bend Ranch.

It's a beautiful event center and a fun place
for their wedding reception.

We didn't see the Angus cattle out back.

Here's the happy newlyweds...
Michael and Bailey...
the new "Mr. & Mrs. Bailey"

The Rexburg Reception is a Steak and Chicken Dinner at the River Bend Ranch.

Mike and Kelli moved from Burley to Texas 15 years ago.  The Texas Reception is on April 21 -- a BBQ at the Jack Hilliard Ranch near Buckholts, TX.

Here are Mike and Kelli Dudley.
Mike is my second cousin, the son of Linda Albertson Dudley.
Linda, my first cousin, is the daughter of
Tom and Maxine Albertson.
Tom is my Dad's brother.
And that is our relation to the groom, Michael Conn Dudley.

We are blessed by this Albertson connection.

We wish the newly weds
an eternity of happiness
as they begin their married life together.

Michael and Bailey,
we love you!

We are so proud of you.

And we know for our Albertson family

here and in heaven are wishing

you an eterning of happiness, also!

The Mike and Kelli, we have been so
blessed to spend this happy day with
you in Idaho Falls.

This event center was a fun place for the wedding reception

for Michael and Bailey this evening.

The old pick up was a unique place for
the wedding gifts to be put.
The photographer was a lively gal
getting photos of each significant event.

Bailey's Dad also took some photos
of the bride and groom cutting the cake.

It was great to see Mike's sister, Rhonda again.
As Rhonda said to us: We all called Mike "Todd" when
we were growing up.
Rhonda was in the Burley High Class of 1992 with our
youngest daughter, Jennifer.
We were glad to see that Rhonda and her husband still
live in Cassia County.

We were sad to learn that her oldest brother, Cory,
passed away not long after Rhonda's Mom, Linda did,
and also Linda's Mom, Maxine Albertson.
Maxine's husband, my "Uncle Tom"
had passed away in _______

"Anniversary Song"

Oh, how we danced on the night we were wed
We vowed our true love though a word wasn't said
The world was in bloom, there were stars in the skies
Except for the few that were there in your eyes

Dear, as I held you close in my arms
Angels were singing a hymn to your charms
Two hearts gently beating, murmuring low
"Darling, I love you so"

The night seemed to fade into blossoming dawn
The sun shone anew but the dance lingered on
Could we but recall that sweet moment sublime
We'd find that our love is unaltered by time

Dear, as I held you close in my arms
Angels were singing a hymn to your charms
Two hearts gently beating, murmuring low
"Darling, I love you so"

Then the groom danced with his mother...

a very tender moment...

Kelli is giving her son Michael away to a

wonderful, beautiful, and kind

young bride, Bailey.

Then Michael danced with his

new mother-in-law...

Angie.

How can he not love someone who raised such
a wonderful gal for him to marry!

The wedding cake has been cut by the bride and groom...

This is a cute idea... "A honeymoon fund box..."

The Date Jar had lots of fun ideas shared...

The Advice Treasure Box was almost full with ideas...

The tables had beautiful centerpieces...

It was a perfect evening...
