STOVE TOP EASY CHEESY CHICKEN BAKE
Stove Top Prep Time 10 min.
Total Time 40 min * I boil the chicken breasts in water the day before,
then let it cool overnight in the fridge.

Servings 6 servings, about 1-1/3 cups each

WHAT YOU NEED TO MAKE IT - Ingredients
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken I use 2 packages
1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces *
1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
(I just dumped in a 10oz pkg, still frozen.)
The recipe does say you can substitute: fresh broccoli florets.
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup I use 2 cans CofC soup
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I use only 1 cup of cheese)
Heat oven to 400ºF. (With the chicken already cooked, I do 375 degrees.)

Putting it together
Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
Combine remaining ingredients; spoon into 13x9-inch baking dish
sprayed with cooking spray.    I don’t use the spray.
Top with stuffing.
Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done and casserole is heated through.
I still bake it for 30 min, even tho the chicken is already cooked.

·        *I don’t like cutting up raw chicken so this is what I do:
I boil in water a package of skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
I like more chicken in this casserole than the recipe calls for
So I cut up three chicken breasts into bite-size pieces…
Or about 2-3 cups worth. The rest of the chicken breasts
I wrap in plastic wrap and freeze to have ready for
        other chicken dishes.

I use 2 cans of Cream of Chicken soup, but just the ½ c milk.
I use 2 packages of the Stove Top Stuffing to cover the 9x13 pan.

E I L E E N

I'm "79"

...oh No...Next year I'll be "80"

 A fun birthday...

 Traditional b-day breakfast of
donuts and chocolate milk...

 A fun surprise birthday present--
a new Oster blender.
Our old one died a while back.

Thank you to our friend who comes
each Friday that she and we are home
in Burley to help us with genealogy.
Some beautiful flowers came
from our kids and grandkids...
Thank you to all for them!

Made rolls as part of the supper
we took in to our friends.
Then we went to the viewing
for our friend, Lewis Dille
who grew up in Wendell
where we did.
He was 95.
After that we went to supper
at Shon Hing's.

We ended the evening with
birthday cake at home while
we watched a movie from the
BYU channel:
"Instrument of War"

Fun birthday.

After our 10:50-1:50 Church
at our Burley 3rd Ward,
we drove to Utah to
our grandkids'
"Cousins' Christmas Party."

There were
McKell, Jacob, Isaac,
Kimble, Carter,
Josh, Anna, Sam, Will,
Mikayla, Jacee, Jackson,
Maddie, and Rigdon...
so 14 cousins together,
plus 4 sons and 3 daughters...
some were in-loves,
but we're all one family.

Here's Gary and the 12 flavors
of Stephen's Gourmet Hot Chocolate
that he brings each year...

It was wonderful to have Mikayla
be able to join us this year.
She is a graduate student
at a private university in California,
majoring in Biology.
We all enjoyed the
Unamunga-something-
Lizzy-Brewer-named-game
that Josh and Anna had us play,
which was centered on a
Christmas theme...

It's fun for both old and young...

 Each person writes three words...
tonight it was words that
had to do with Christmas...
 ...like Christ, Baby Jesus, gifts,
mistletoe, Christmas tree, stockings,
Heit Meister, Grinch, Die Hard(?),
chimney, Santa, Frosty the bald Snowman, etc...

 Ended with the blanket game...
 It's harder than it seems...
 Fun for all...
Thanks, David and Julie, for
being such great host and hostess...

We are so happy we
were able to come to it...

We hope you have had a peaceful and restful Sabbath Day.
We testify that
