We were taught so well today...I in Relief Society, (I'm sure Walt feels this, too, about his High Priest class), both of us in Sunday School and in Sacrament Meeting had great talks by Molly Heiner, Creighton King, Mark Peterson--High Councilor--and by our Bishop David Hansen.
And, of course, renewed our baptismal covenants by partaking of the Sacrament in remembrance of our beloved Savior, Jesus Christ.
Walt left at 5:20 for Boise Friday morning for the Idaho Academy of Family Physicians annual meeting. He needs 40 credit hours every 2 years, and this 2-day event gave him 12.
He was looking at his schedule as he was walking into the conference rooms and didn't see there was one step down. He fell and has re-injured his right shoulder that has had rotator cuff problems for years.
Back to Sunday: Walt gave his three last patriarchal blessings for our stake and the 15-stakes' Spanish Wards/Branches. He's feeling somewhat blue over this.
I finished typing the 2 English ones from last Sunday, and the English one from today. We have always tried to have a spiritual home, but as he is giving each patriarchal blessing, the Spirit engulfs our home. It's an amazing experience with each blessing.
We love having Grama A here. Thursday I drove her to Gooding to the grave side service of her 91-y-o friend, Pearl Robertson. The family and ward members were very loving and kind with Mom. One gal said: "Verna Albertson, I'm Nancy Anderson and loved you as my Beehive teacher." Mom loved also talking with Karma, Ed, Vaunda, Lewis, and Sis. Durfee.
