On this blog I share with family and friends my daily thoughts, doings, what interests me, and--at times--tributes to my eternal sweetheart, Walt, who graduated to heaven on 8-21-2020.
Dedicated to our seven children--Janie, Gary, Steve, David, Julie, Brian, Jen, their spouses-- Shawn, Julie, John, Jennifer, Jerry--our 39 grandchildren--10 spouses of G-C, and 7 great-grandchildren, with one on the way in December--for a posterity of 68.

We always miss those

Lane, the Utah Home Health
Occupational Therapist came.
My foot, ankle, and calf,
measurements from last
week compared to today's,
show I've lost a total of 6 1/2"
counting both legs because
I wore the compression sox
every day.

He then did a manual
lymphedema drainage--
aka lymphedema massage.
It works the liquid up and
out of the legs.

For movie night with Gary
we watched
"42nd Street" from 1933
starring Ruby Keeler.

These 3 were especially
fun to watch...

We liked it a lot.
Gary was excited to hear the

We're going to finish our
musical theme with

Gary is teaching a group
line dancing next

WHS ’57 CLASS REUNION – NEW SCHEDULE

As of August 15, here is the new plan.

Lucile called me today and asked me to send

out these new plans for the 67-year class reunion.

Since the Golden Corral in Twin Falls has closed,

we will gather on one day only –

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2024 AT NOON

AT THE WENDELL PARK.

Please bring your own lunch. No pot luck.

This will be easier for everyone.

Hope to see you on Saturday, September 14 at noon

at the Wendell City Park where our old Wendell High School was.

Beautiful.
Bill Miller had a nice talk prepared,
but as a member of the Bishopric
he should have set an example
of only giving 2 minutes of it
since it was 11:27 when he
started and we're supposed to
finish at 11:30. But, no,
he went until 11:37.
Causing us to end at 11:40.
This took 10 minutes
away from our
Sunday School class.
Have a clue!

I am thankful for the guidance of the Holy Ghost as the third member of the Godhead.
Walt said to me once: "I look forward to thanking the Holy Ghost in person when I get to Heaven. I don't think we give Him enough credit for all He does."

Joseph Smith was foreordained to be the Prophet of the Restoration. He is the Restorer of all things.

President Russell M. Nelson is the Living Prophet today for all the world.
* * *
The Bible is "the Word of God as far as it is translated correctly" and is a Testament of the Divinity of Jesus Christ.
* * *
The Book of Mormon is the Word of God and is Another Testament of Jesus Christ. It is the most correct book of any book on earth.
* * *
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the True Church on the earth today. Because of the restored Temple Ordinances families can be sealed for eternity.
