Little Women is a 1933 American pre-Code drama film directed by George Cukor, and starring Katharine Hepburn, Joan Bennett, Frances Dee, and Jean Parker. The screenplay, written by Sarah Y. Mason and Victor Heerman, is based on the 1868-1869 two-volume novel of the same name by Louisa May Alcott.
This is the third screen adaptation of the book. It follows two silent versions: the first released in 1917 with Minna Grey, and the second in 1918 with Dorothy Bernard. check of my wet

macular degeneration...

Leslie did the eye scans,

alphabet test, eye pressure,

eye dilation, and

all preliminaries...

Dr. Goff, the Retinologist

at Rocky Mtn. Eye Care

in Murray

said I'm good for

another 4 months

without an eye injection,

unless I srart seeing

wavy lines of a

a straight image.

I've been in remission since

Sept 2023 of not needing

to have an eye injection.

Dr. Goff said this could go

3-5 years, but the chances

of needing eye injections

after that is 80%.

There is no cure for

WMD, just eye injectiions

to keep you from

going blind.

It caused my Grampa Huffakerd.

to go blind, and also his

son, my Uncle Don to

be blind at age 96.

at some Tom Holmoe costumes:

Holmoe took over the BYU department on March 1, 2005, which makes him the third longest-serving FBS athletics director in the country. He oversees a nationally recognized program with 21 intercollegiate sports, involving more than 600 student-athletes and a 220-person staff.

This isn’t the first time Holmoe dressed as a character from Aladdin. In 2019, he dressed as the “Genie.”

Here’s a breakdown of Holmoe’s costumes over the years.
Abraham Lincoln (2013)
This costume started linking Holmoe to the moniker “Mr. Halloween.” It’s a great tribute to an American icon. In the words of Lincoln himself, “Whatever you are, be a good one.” Holmoe was a good “Honest Abe.”
Albert Einstein (2015)
Simple. Classy. But one of these costumes had to take the last spot. Einstein lands here.
Lord Voldemort (2016)
I don’t claim to be the biggest Harry Potter fan in the world. But I can respect a good Halloween costume when I see one.
Mad Hatter (2017)
The Mad Hatter costume was wild. The makeup, creativity, and accessories were all top-notch. I thought I was looking into the eyes of Johnny Depp himself.

Coco’s “Ernesto De La Cruz” (2018)
This costume was Holmoe’s best. Imagine being his co-worker and seeing him show up to the office in this. Pretty impressive. Anything Disney is a big win, and this one hit it out of the park and made a cartoon character come to life. Very cool.
Aladdin’s “Genie” (2019)
What would your three wishes from Holmoe be? To think this costume is this low on the list speaks to the quality of costumes that Holmoe is putting out.
Phantom of the Opera (2020)
Holmoe didn’t stop Halloween festivities amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. It feels like this is too low. The simplicity is top-notch, but then he removes the mask, and it’s a work of art. It’s just hard to find a spot in the top three.
One can only imagine how many hours Holmoe spent in the chair of makeup artist Jennine Hollingshaus for this great costume.

Just wow. What’s even more impressive is that Holmoe walked around the third floor of the BYU Student Athlete Building in the Rafiki stature.

The new temple president and matron have been called to serve by the First Presidency.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

Paul Kenji Tateoka and Nadine Lani Tsutae Saito Tateoka, Emerson 1st Ward, Paul Idaho Stake, called as president and matron of the Burley Idaho Temple. President Tateoka is a temple ordinance worker and a former Oregon Salem Mission president, stake president, bishop and missionary in the Japan Okayama Mission. He was born in Salt Lake City to Jim Suetaka Tateoka and Ko Tateoka.

Sister Tateoka is a temple ordinance worker and a former mission president companion, stake Relief Society presidency counselor, stake Primary presidency counselor, ward Relief Society president, ward Young Women president, seminary teacher and missionary in the Uruguay Montevideo Mission. She was born in Provo, Utah, to George Goro Saito and Clara Yoshie Kuramoto Saito.

Old Age…Unanswered Questions – 2024 Nov

I am old and I just realized I still have so many unanswered questions!!!! I never found out who let the Dogs Out...where's the beef...how to get to Sesame Street... why Dora doesn't just use Google Maps...why eggs are packaged in a flimsy paper carton, but batteries are secured in plastic that's tough as nails...why women can't put on mascara with their mouth closed... why "abbreviated" is such a long word... why lemon juice is made with artificial flavor yet dish-washing liquid is made with real lemons... why they sterilize the needle for lethal injections... and, why do you have to "put your two cents in" but it's only a "penny for your thoughts" where's that extra penny going to... why do "The Alphabet Song" and "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" have the same tune... why did you just try to sing those two previous songs... and just what is Victoria's secret? ...and do you really think I am this witty?? ... I actually got this from a friend who stole it from her brother's girlfriend's uncle's cousin.

office for Mohs surgery
to have a squamous cell carcinoma
removed from the right side of
the top of my scalp.
Squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) is a type of cancer that can develop in the skin, respiratory and digestive tracts, or the lining of hollow organs. It's caused by exposure to ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun or tanning beds, and can also be caused by chemical exposure or radiation.

Great Plan operational.

Heavenly Father lives and knows us each by name. He loves us and wants us to return to Him and Heavenly Mother when we leave this mortal existence. He loves us just as we are at this very moment.
